Watch your “P” and “Q” cases at Walmart some of the local “Dump Bins” received the normal 648 count “P” cases and some received 288 “Q” case bins. Not all of the Q assortment were in these cases and of course no ZAMACs. “P” case cars are already updated  to the listed and Q cases will follow shortly. There has been a couple of notable variations to report. The mf red Twin Mill III has been found with os5 wheels and what seems to be the harder version with fan5 wheels. The Ferrari 5-Pack Ferrari F40 now has a closed rear-engine cover and a plastic base. Three more “Truckin’ Transporter”  another Impavido 1 and two new colors of the Nitro Doorslammers. 2014 is finishing up and soon I should have some of the 2015 line ups listed.

Check you local Walmart for the latest Mystery Model pillow packs. Twelve models available. Four of the models being the Kroger 2014 Mission Madness Scavenger Hunts. One of the most interesting models available is the new color of the 2004 Crooze Slikt Back. This model was last seen in 2005 in the Wild Cats 5-pack.

A lot has been going on in the last couple of weeks. N cases have been added along with the latest round of Pop Culture and Cool Classics. There is also 2 new 5-packs and it seems the gold wheels that replaces the yellow wheels on 5-packs are a short run and have gone back to yellow. Found another Workshop Custom Design Kit 3 graphic design play set containing a green Shoe Box.

Just received my San Diego Comic Con releases and had to share pictures of the cars loose.

Just found at Target! Purple Passion fans might want to be on the look out for this Workshop kit. There are two kits available, Kit 2 includes a pearl white Purple Passion with red 5 spokes, purple interior and purple windows.  The other car in Kit 2 is a pearl white Muscle Tone with yellow 10 spokes red interior and clear windows. Kit 1 includes a Pearl white Cool one and a pearl white Surfin’ School Bus. The cars in these sets are void of any graphics so you can decorate the cars with the special decal sheets. Color Reveal decals sheets are included to apply the cars and with a special pen you can reveal the design. Check out the playset page for more.

It’s been a while since we have seen any variations with 5-packs. This year that all changed. The first car that came to our attention was the X-Games 2008 Lancer Evolution which went from blue chrome to chrome 10 spokes. Now it seems that all cars that have blue chrome on the wheels either on the whole wheel or just the rim are now switching to chrome. With this in mind we started to look at other cars in 5-packs and we found all the yellow “painted” wheels are switching to gold chrome. Currently we are working on a complete list of 5-pack car that have changed so far. Check the variations on the 5-pack page. Now for some sad news for Mustang fan.
