The 39th Annual Collectors Convention will be in Los Angeles, California October 1st – 5th 2025!!
Newsletter members have 2 opportunities to purchase tickets for the upcoming 39th Annual Collectors Convention. You can purchase up to 3 tickets with your Hot Wheels Newsletter number. The first opportunity is on Thursday, May 29th at 9 AM PST. You must be a valid and current Hot Wheels Newsletter member to purchase tickets in the first round. You must be logged into the Hot Wheels Newsletter website and on the Convention Ticket portal to purchase tickets. The second opportunity is Thursday, June 19th at 9 AM PST and is open to the public.
Once you have received confirmation of your ticket purchase, you must email Hot Wheels Collectors Events, hwevents.info@gmail.com, with your name and Newsletter number. Failure to send them your Newsletter number will result in your ticket being forfeited and a refund issued. Your Newsletter number is also needed so we can get an accurate count for the number of Newsletter “Thank you” cars to produce.
If you are unable to secure a ticket in the 1st round, you are eligible to purchase tickets in the 2nd round. You do not have to be a Newsletter member to purchase tickets in the second round. If you are a Newsletter member and purchase a ticket in the second round, be sure to email Hot Wheels Collectors Events your name and Newsletter number so you can pick up your Newsletter “Thank you” car at the convention. You must have a Collectors Nationals ticket and be an active Newsletter account holder to receive a Newsletter “Thank you” car.
Once the second round tickets have completed and been verified, the “Add-ons” portion of sales will take place. The “Add-ons” portion is where you sign up for the charity events, dinner, preorder shirts, etc. The “Add-ons” sales is tentatively set for Tuesday, July 2nd at 9 AM PST.
