Hot Wheels Newsletter Subscriber Ticket Sale
Sunday, December 7th, 2025 at 9 AM PST (17:00 UTC)
Newsletter subscribers must be logged in to access early ticket sales.
After logging in, click the “Convention” button to reach the ticket request page.
If you don’t see the “Convention” button, click “Portal” — the option will be visible there.
If you are using a mobile device, you may need to scroll the “Home” menu to reveal the “Convention” option.
You must be an active Hot Wheels Newsletter subscriber to purchase during this round. To become a subscriber, click Subscribe.
Public Ticket Sale
Sunday, December 28th, 2025 at 9 AM PST (17:00 UTC)
Public tickets will be directly available through Hot Wheels Collectors Events. A direct link will be posted here after the Newsletter-only round has been completed.
Hot Wheels Newsletter subscribers may also purchase tickets in this round.
After Purchasing Tickets
After your purchase is confirmed, email Hot Wheels Collectors Events at hwevents.info@gmail.com.
Include the following information for each ticket purchased:

Hot Wheels Newsletter (HWN) number (if applicable)

Email address (if applicable)
This information is required to confirm eligibility and ensure an accurate count for the Hot Wheels Newsletter “Thank You” car.
Failure to provide this information in a timely manner will result in your ticket being forfeited and refunded.
Hot Wheels Newsletter “Thank You” Car Requirements
To receive your Hot Wheels Newsletter “Thank You” car, you must:
- Have a valid Collectors Nationals ticket
- Have an active Hot Wheels Newsletter subscription
- Check in with the Hot Wheels Newsletter staff during the convention
Add-Ons
Add-on sales (dinner, charity events, shirts, etc.) will open in early January.
The date will be posted once ticket sales are processed.
More Information
If you are unable to secure a ticket in the 1st round, you may purchase tickets in the 2nd round.
You do not need to be a Hot Wheels Newsletter subscriber to buy tickets during the public round.
If you are a Newsletter subscriber and purchase during the public round, please email Hot Wheels Collectors Events with your name and Newsletter number so you can be added to the Newsletter “Thank You” car list. The count is used to know the number of cars to make for the event.
