In 1999, Mattel added 26 new models, as well as several new casting that were not a part of the 1999 First Editions. Mattel continued with the Treasure Hunt series as well as the four-car segments, five-packs and Action Packs. Also, Hot Wheels vehicles were added to some of the ARCO products such as Long Haulers, Power Launchers and sets. Most of these models vehicles were issued with different colors, design, etc. This was the year of the Premiums/Limited Editions, with more than sixty different models produced.
