You can purchase up to 3 tickets with your Hot WheelsⓇ Newsletter number. The first is on December 2nd at 10:30 AM PST. You must be a valid and current Hot WheelsⓇ Newsletter member to purchase tickets in the first round. The second round is December 30 at 10:30 AM PST. The second round is open to the public.
